Apartment 1B is a ground floor
apartment to the back of the building. It was
the actual home of the original proprietors
of the new apartments. Entry is into a comfortable
living room in a cottage style. Two 2-seater
couches, inglenook fireplace, TV etc. complete
the sitting area and there is a 4 seater diningtable
and chairs. The room has a warm, homely feel,
with decorative plate-racks and copper pictures.
During our 2007 refurbishment programme, the bathroom has a new shower cubicle and basin/toilet suite, and new flooring, the kitchen has new floor tiles and ceiling while the lounge has newly plastered and painted walls.

lounge is a large kitchen, recently refurbished now with integrated fridge and dishwasher. Bbeyond the kitchen
is the bathroom. This is fully tiled with
glass shower cubicle, hand-basin and toilet.
The bedroom is reached through the
bathroom and provides twin beds.
It has fitted cupboards, and wardrobe with
a fresh laminate floor. A door opens into
the back yard. The apartment is often used
by families with very young children who can
enjoy our variety of garden toys in the yard.

For those requiring to sleep
more than 2 in this apartment, an extra bed can be fitted in the bedroom and occasionally the double
sofabed is used in the livingroom. The apartment
has TV with freeview (30+ TV and 20+ radio channels),
DVD player, video recorder, CD and cassette
player, radio and clock radio/alarm.
